MOPAR 8 1/4 differential with new sure grip for sale.

For sale: 8 1/4 MOPAR differential out of a 73 Duster, this was
going to go into a street rod so the spring perches were cut
off. I beleive gear ratio to be 3:23.
Distance between backing plates is 49 inches. Bolt pattern is 5
x 4 1/2
There is a brand new MOPAR performance Sure Grip unit in the box
that goes with it. This cost $350 new.
Included with the differential are the brake drums, and brake
parts.
$400 firm for everything!

It belongs to a friend of mine.
He gave me some iems to try and sell at Niagara or on craigslist
Still have it if interested.

Yes that would fit right in my Barracuda, I will need that rear
end especially if I ever get a 360 magnum crate engine like I
been wanting to do, only thing is I have to pay my school taxes
by Monday :P

Any chance of you having the perches that were cut off? the 3:23
gears are nice cruising gears I believe they put them in the
smaller mopars, I had 3:55 gears in the 68 Roadrunner, so if I
get the rear end and end up getting a create engine with close
to 400 hp, that would make a 65 Barracuda with an attitude, I
would have to give her another paint job to match her new
personality.

If I can only skip out paying $1,400 on my school taxes, and
tell them I forgot ;D, I would pick up the rear end Friday :)

No spring perches.
My friend picked this up from someone who was going to put it in
a street rod.
He cut them off, and it didn't come with it.
Sure grip is new in the box
