In fact,Prussia is just supporting in APH :I

Although Prussia is one of the more supporting roles he's proved
to be exceedingly popular with the fandom. Hungary too.
Also Belgium has quite a big fanbase despite being a rather
minor character throughout much of the series.

Scotland is pixiv /Japanese fandom/ character and he isn't
official.
I hope that Himuraya won't draw him and destroy ma Scotgasmland.

It's kinda stupid to get pissed off and stuff if Himuruya
chooses to design him differently. Hetalia is HIS series after
all. The characters are his design. If he wants to draw a
Scotland he should (and probably will) draw and design Scotland
in the way he wants to, as he should. I'm not complaining about
the fandom Scotland -who I am rather fond of- I'm just saying,
Himuruya can design him how he wants and shouldn't have to worry
about backlash from the fandom.
