Microsoft Account Hacked

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve been on the site and I
can discuss that later. I’m looking for advice because my
Microsoft account was hacked Friday. The password was changed,
two factor authentication was added and a foreign number was
added to the account. I’ve been chatting with support for the
last three days and each time I submit answers to a long list of
questions. Twice now I’ve been told my case is closed.
Yesterday the hacker even added a new number: 96407709888315
Has anyone else experienced this and successfully fixed the
issue?

Sorry to hear this has happened. Since they have changed all the
info on your account it's going to be very hard to get Mircosoft
to restore since they are pretty much asshats when it comes to
these problems. My only advise is to to keep on them. And if you
haven't already change the passwords and challenges to all your
other accounts, do it immediately.

Done and done for all that don’t use MS logon. MS Support
canceled my Office Subscription but I have issues with One
Drive, Skype, updating laptop updates, and other elements. I
downloaded MS Authenticator a few months ago but could never
figure out how to associate it to Xbox. I can’t remember why I
downloaded it but it keeps giving codes for Firebird1000 every
30 seconds that I can’t use. :)

Try this link. There is a section where you need to provide your
Xbox machine ID to prove who you are. Maybe that will help.
