My own words are facts.  It is you who are reading things into them that
are not true.

No such implication.  The statements are based on the statistics of the
drugs that have been caught, including the submarine.  Almost all of
them were not caught crossing the Rio Grande or similar like the asylum
seekers are doing.  The customs and border officials are doing the best
that they can with limited resources.  Drugs are getting through, and it
is reasonable to think that the ones that are getting through are coming
in via paths similar to the drugs that have been caught.

And there you go again, attacking the messenger with ad hominem remarks
simply because you have nothing reasonable to say other than a feeble
attempt to twist the words into something that was not said.
