Yes, the "Affordable" Care Act.  What a joke.
It was *supposed* to get health care for everyone - including those too poor to
get health care.
What it actually did was make people buy health care.  Those who were poor
could only afford plans with high deductables, meaning that their health plans
would never kick in because they could never hit the deductable.  So they ended
up paying MORE.

The Left's programs always have the *opposite* effect than what they say they
will.
