All i am saying is, that if you start making companys/groups/indivuals who provide "services" to users responsible for the way other poeple use those services you will be opening up pandoras box. It could extend as far as parrents sueing a web browser company because their kid was able to access "illegal content" based on the users age. Or make network associates responsible if some terrorist group uses pgp to communicate the plans of a school bombing. Or, Make Novell responsible for a user who has Microsoft Office 2000 Pro in his Juston shared directory...
