Yeah, shotshells have always been break-even-at-best, generally speaking. A 1oz load for a 12 ga doesn't kick enough to even fiddle with. Ahhh, OK again it was a little confusing because originally you said "if you shoot a lot". If you're shooting "a lot" of reloaded ammo, one would assume a progressive.
