I've have any nodes I wish to make direct contact with set up in FMail to put them in their own filebox, and BinkD does the rest. That is -somewhat- of a solution, but still lacks the ability to send to nodes flying nothing but IBN netmail based on nodelist info other than by routing it. I was hoping somebody may have figured out a way to "trick" FD into launching an external utility such as BinkD based on flags, even if it involved an FD to BSO conversion utility somewhere in between to make it all flow right... while still a kludge, a solution like that would actually make FD usable for years to come.
