Really!?! :) I don't recall FE ever causing a GPF. Usually it was me doing stupid things because of inadequate hardware to run Windows in the first place, and basically affected mailers and BBS programs. I just checked an old config file's buffer size and can verify I've had mine set for 512k for almost exactly the last 6 years - it's dated 22/3/2000. Cheers, Paul. P.S.
