Subj : FE config question To : Y'all From : Roy Witt Date : Sat Jan 23 2010 05:08 pm In the past when I config FE to have a NETMAIL folder, it gets confused and re-tosses netmail until the cows come home. When I go to read echomail, I find several copies of old netmails in the NETMAIL folder. I don't need to have FE even know about NETMAIL, as IREX and GoldED seem to know what to do with it and I have successfully left FE out of the picture for years. Now, I'd like to post a file to netmail, however I find a small problem when using FEUTIL.EXE...which does the posting. If you use the command: FEUTIL post a-file NETMAIL -To "some sysop" -Addr "Fido address" etc... FE returns an error message that it can't find the NETMAIL folder. The path is L:\FE\NETMAIL :o) and I'm running the FE utility in the L:\FE folder where the executable is kept. If I give it a path to the folder, it still can't find it. Any ideas on how to get around this? Or any config advice?
