fconf2msged seems to work fine here.

Usage:
   fconf2msged  [-a][-sn][-se][-sl][-sb][-sd] <msgedConfigFileName>
   (-a exports areas only)
   (-sn skip netmail areas)
   (-se skip echomail areas)
   (-sl skip local areas, and so on...)
   (-h  print this message and exit)

Example:
   fconf2msged ~/.msged
