Must of this is to keep any real competition from coming into the area...but
still be able to give the crappiest service in the world.

Just got a message from my DSL provider that they are being nice enough
through June by "allowing" unlimited data...just like it was before 2016. I
have a 1 TB cap...but at 3 MB download...have never gone over the
limit...unlike when I was at 40 MB & would go over several times.
