But be careful as your mileage may vary here.  I am using Binkd for OS/2
and Squish for OS/2, and BinkleyTerm for DOS.  For whatever reason, they
only work and play well together if Bind is set up as 5D (even though
Squish is supposedly only 4D, and I know that BT is).
