I believe it was me who advised that as you are in the UK, you need to apply 
in Zone 2. Zone 3 covers Aust/NZ and you generally cannot be listed in an area
in which you do not reside.

I'm not sure who advised you to host-route through 3:770/1. The proper 
procedure is to send Crash (direct) Netmail from your system to 2:250/0. This 
demonstrates that you have a correctly-configured mailer online that can 
exchange Netmail.

In addition, I believe your email is bouncing mine and ZC2's replies.
