in the meantime i was able to connect to the BBS by using Frontdoor to
establish the connection and afterwards load the BBS. I dont know why
RemoteAccess does not establish the connection but Frontdoor does. It is
what it is.
But still, transfers from and to the BBS don't work. That is now to
figure out. i am currently trying to use external zmodem protocols like
pd zmodem.
