I'm not ready to commit to an x64 system yet (that's the minimum for keybase.io) as the client is not possible to operate on my fine XP. But the webversion seems to be a possibility since I was able to send you an encrypted message at least. Combined with the Enigmail plugin for OpenPGP, I like using Thunderbird for those times I need to send a private message. There is no CLI needed that way. And, I can still use that solution on my XP pc. There *is* the initial step to generate a private key and a public key that could be intimidating for most people though.
