5 days ago there was an article on The Verge saying RedBox wanted to buy Netflix's DVD business:

"Redbox's parent company has already expressed interest in acquiring Netflix's DVD business, only to get turned down by the streamer several times."

Redbox was purchased by Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment in August of 2022.
