I actually mind that part the least (having our own bags,) as we use the cooler type bags in case we have more then one stop to make, beats going home first. Also our trash pickup service "won't allow" for the grocery bags to be thrown away or recycled -- they get caught in the sorting machines I guess. And my wife is a grocery bag hoarder, even has a decorative bag for the bags. So moving away from "plastic" is perfectly fine by me. I like Fresh Thyme.
