I don't like the renting/leasing system, but given the uncertainity involving
vehicles in Spain, many people is opting to rent instead of purchase.

If the government suddenly decides to make your vehicle fleet illegal for the
tasks you bought them for, you are screwed. If the vehicle fleet belongs to a
renting company, you can just write the contract off paying a small penalty and
go your merry way.
