at one point there were a LOT of new zealanders on the internet, relatively speaking.

also lines up quite well with what i remember from IRC.. basically every country on that list that had english speakers.. i knew someone from there.

it's missing russia though. they might have been under-counted, or perhaps that segment of the population was disproportionately into technical stuff where we'd run into them.
