I worked for GM Powertrain Engineering about 20 years ago.  At that time, we
needed to get new emissions benches to measure the exhaust because the engine
exhaust was nearly indistinguishable from the input air (granted this was
downtown Flint, MI).

The idea that "all those cars pollute so much" is only true if you accept the
myth that carbon dioxide is a "pollutant".


.... But honey, I wouldn't be up so late on a faster machine!
