I didn't even know there is 32bit WIndows 10 installation possible at all.
64bit for consumer OS started with XP I think but was absolutely niche. I believe by the time of Windows 7 it was more like equal split and by the time of Windows 10 I'd not assume any new computer that is 32bit was in sale, unless some mini, POS or SoC...
