Hey

I made a BBS listing Door now in rust!

I converted the door stuff from my oneliner into a rust library crate, and am 
using it for this door.

The BBS lister saves the list in JSON.

the door lib works on linux either via socket passing or stdio, on windows only 
via socket passing.

Also, only door32.sys is supported.
