I think it might be a rule of thumb for most parts of the globe going into their early summer? :)  It's just a theory but it applies to where I am for sure.

I have a lawn sprinkler going as I type this, it should be up to 24c today but feels more like 18c ... temps later in the week start creeping into the higher 20s
