I remember hearing years ago that Apple removed DRM in the music they had for sale.  I think that's a good thing.  Generally these days I don't use anything Apple anymore (I used to use iTunes for playing music, but moved away from it, and I heard they actually stopped making iTunes).  I like that Apple doesn't use DRM though.
