Yeah, that seems pretty reasonable.

My brother has some amount of a collection, and I think it's also partially something where he'll enjoy listening to music in an active way, and the record album form factor helps with getting into that experience.

For me, I don't listen to much music, nor want to keep extra physical items around.

But, while it's in storage, I do have some amount of a Viewfinder collection, and I like the concept of that. I'd probably buy more random things for it, too, given half a chance. I can't say it's especially _useful_, but it's fun.

Though, really, my fun-but-senseless hobby is alcohol collecting. Which is where I buy alcohol way more often than I should, and then never drink it. But I don't have a wine cellar or anything, so I can't really say that I'm trying to age something or another. And having gotten into gin, it's not like I pour it out after a few days, either.

But my wine (and other alcohols) wiki is getting pretty well populated, at least.
