Yeah, my new car has the low-end entertainment/tech stack. No voice
command, except if your phone is connected via Bluetooth it'll run
Siri/Google Assistant if you press the phone button on the steering
wheel.

My old Prius had voice command, so you could say "destination XXXXX" to pull
up the map, or "Play XXX" to play an artist, genre, or album, or "Dial
XXX" to call someone. With my new car, if you look up a destination
with the MyBMW app on your phone, there's a button to send it to the
car.

Toyota had it down pretty well, considering this was a 2014 model.
