Wow! What is the weather normally like if that is the threshold for cold? 110+?

I couldn't imagine wearing a sweater or a sock cap/beanie over 60 degrees! Then again, here in Wisconsin we have both sides of a spectrum. Monday will be 0F and there will still be a few straggling crazy people wearing shorts. My father-in-law is one of them. ;)
