Niels, back in that time frame my boss had the Radio Shack model and asked me
to write a BASIC program to help him see what Monthly Payments would for a
Home.

He wanted to compare Price(s) and Interest Rates when at the Realtor Office.

It was within my capabilities because when I bought a TI-35 Calculator at
K-Mart, Texas Instruments included a very good book. "The Great International
Math On Keys Book".

That Book explained Home Mortgage Calculations, and I had already fooled with
the Formula in the book to do just what he needed.

I believe I already said that I'M not Mister Know-It-All, I just act like one,
but in case I hadn't I just did.
