Another person here posted that RTE 100 likely means that the program is
reading past the end of a file.  Is it possible that you have accidentally
deleted a line from the BUCK.CFG file?

If not, it is possible that the drop file does not contain the number of
lines the program expects.  Someone else mentioned the KEY file, too, but
it sounds like you may have already looked at that one.

I would also be sure that the path you entered on line 1 is
in ALL CAPS and ends with a '\'.  Not sure that would be the issue but
since the default file was set up that way I kept mine that way and didn't
run into the issue you are having.
