I've enjoyed being part of Google user group testing. I live near their
Mountain View, CA headquarters, and it's a beautiful campus. Nice
snacks, too.

I've participated in a couple of groups, one dealing with Maps, another
was a little obscure, but had to do with Google Assistant before it came
out.

I received an invitation to a Google user group, and filled out the
questionnaire. They wanted to know if I could participate in-person,
yes. Asked me my age range, then said "We have all the information we
need, don't call us, we'll call you..."

Usually they'd have a bunch of questions regarding your use of Google
products.

I guess I'm no longer their target audience.
