"win32" means the windows api. (it's right there where i said it in parenthesis). it has nothing to do with it being 32-bit, and microsoft uses it that way all over their website. i think there's a pretty hefty distinction between "officially supported by microsoft" and what you implied. there won't be effort involved in emulating it. most people won't know they are. as an example: dos has been emulated while windows is running since windows/386 (2.0). i'm not sure why you're suggesting it will suddenly be again in 2038 ;) --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 2021/12/25 (Windows/32) * Origin: cold fusion - cfbbs.net - grand rapids, mi (21:1/616) .
