 Here in California, we do horrible things in the name of Pizza,
 including gluten/dairy free pizzas, but I can still appreciate a good
 slice.

 I went to New Jersey years ago and went to a boardwalk on the coast.
 Went to the pizzeria and got a slice of pepperoni pizza. The crust was
 to die for, and I've never been able to find a comparable crust on this
 coast. It was soft and crunchy at the same time, and thin enough to
 fold and eat properly.
