Top Dog is a seriously cool hot dog restaurant in Oakland and Berkeley,
CA. They cook to order hot dogs, polish sausage, bratwurst and a couple
of other sausages on a grill.

In their condiment bar, they have 3 or 4 mustards with a little
artisanal description ("A german variety made with xxy mustard seeds,
coarsely stone ground, with hints of vinegar and white pepper...")

For Ketchup, the description was

"Smooshed-up tomatoes. It's really GOOD!"
