When I was in elementary school, Wednesday was pizza day in the cafeteria and
that pizza was GOOD.  It wasn't a regular pizza, though.  It was baked on a
large sheet, covered in what looked like sloppy joe with big slices of
mozzarella cheese on it.

My dad, who was a teacher in that district, told me why the pizza was so good. 
Tuesday was chili day and the chili was also really good.  What I thought was
sloppy joe on the pizza was really the left over chili.
