 Look at the impact inflation has had on the buying power of the dollar.
 If the minimum wage was adjusted for inflation since the last increase
 it'd be $24/hour - it's just that we've been arguing about it for so
 long that the inflation adjusted value has passed the amount we're
 negotiating for.
