Yeah, fast food prices have gotten a bit insane, especially over the last few years.  When I get fast food, I try to check the restaurant's smartphone app to see if they offer any deals or discounts and order based on that.  Sometimes I just feel like I want a parcticular item/meal from somewhere though and there might not be a deal for it.
