Hi

I discovered some bugs in binki, which I've fixed in git today.

1. binki wasn't sending mail to points

2. binki was crashing when before sending files to IREX (it was due to a
debugging message that would print data that was NULL sometimes, so the
bug could have presented itself elsewhere as well.)

I'll make a new version soonish, if it's bothering anyone I can make a
binary of binki.exe and get it to you before then. (If you're using
windows, if linux just git pull and recompile)
