Hey

I've just pushed a fix, users who are in a higher sec level and get
demoted will now be removed from any file area / message areas they no
longer have access to.

Basically just checks at login if the user still has access to their
saved current msg / file areas, if not, put them in the first one they do
have access to.

Also added a bbs_get_password to lua, it's the same as bbs_get_string but
masked.
