Subj : Python C API Error Fix?

I was curious if the Python C API error has been resolved? I tried running a
simple 'Hello World!' script, and it gives me that error before printing it.
I did a search and saw some others were having the same issue, but the last
message I saw was from 2019. 

I'm running the current version of Mytsic on a Pi 3 with Raspbian (32bit)
installed.
