Yeah they always hope that if you just reboot it while on the line, they get a fast ticket closure. Then they realize you don't own there equipment and refuse to help. I'm like, but here are the log files showing it you on YOUR end, not mine. Now I have fiber and don't have to fight them as much and save myself around $300USD each month on top of it .. LOL
