I believe you use the -Y (default yes) or -N (default no) command in the menu
and then you'd use the OK or !OK commands after that depending on whether
they said yes or no:

  Action List ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ Access ÄÄÄÄÄ Data ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
  (-Y) Ask Yes/No (default Y              Yes or No?                            (GT) Display line of text  OK           |CRYou said yes!|PA                    (GT) Display line of text  !OK          |CRYou said no!|PA
