Okay, if you haven't seen my frantic post in general, NCBBS is dealing with a outbound echomail issue.

for some reason outbounds are not being sent out (or even tossed for some reason.)

Mutil shows no echos exported, even though mystic shows that they've been 'sent'. Fidopoll doesn't even bother to send out anything. I'm about to McFriggin' lose it over here.
