Thank you so much for this info! I did look at
https://wiki.synchro.net/howto:support and the very first paragraph directed me
here - "If you're trying to get Synchronet technical support via e-mail,
YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, or any other social media/discussion group
not specifically listed here, you're doing it wrong. Please go here instead or
read on." the "here" brought me to this page  - I apologize is this is not the
correct place to post, I am a total novice. 

That said, My password is correct - I must have confused the system password.
Is that stored somewhere I can find?
