I am not sure why the confusion with an animal, but, depending on the source of the myrrh (by the way, you /did/ spell it correctly), it *can* smell rather nasty in its natural or processed form or when burned as incense. Here are some links, for starters: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myrrh http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-myrrh.htm http://www.mwtb.org/html/422240.html http://bible.christianity.com/StudyResources/1368642/page1/ (Don't forget; Google is your friend!) > I have seen on TV, some years back, a sketch where a group of people, among > them John Cleese and Marty Feldman are sitting on a mountain side or in a > cave waiting for the doom. I would be curious to know myself. Sounds pretty funny. The 1948 show? OH! "At Last, the 1948 Show"! Silly American that I am, I had never heard of it (NOW I do!), but now I am /really/ curious... -- Reverend Ozone "I reject your reality and substitute my own!"
