Elwyn is still Nodelisted on 3:771/160 with the above telephone number. If 
direct netmail does not generate a response, you could try asking his NC 
Nicolaas Hawkins on 3:771/0 if he is still around. Nicolaas is still pretty 
active in the Echo's and usually responds promptly to contact, and Elwyn also 
was fairly active but I haven't seen mention of him for a while now.
