Well, it could be, all is all too well, and no one needs any help.
                                                                  

Or, that they are experimenting with the other OS, and just can't connect to 
anything, and can't participate in echo mail.  I've two downlinks and two 
uplinks that fall into this description.  At least one of the uplinks then gave 
up BBSing, because he never could get the new OS to keep a BBS up, and reliably 
toss mail.
