Subj : Where is bullseye.js being called from?

My head is spinning... Working on modding my BBS and I think I need a break!
For the life of me, I cannot find where bullseye.js is being called from when a
user logs in to the system. I've looked at just about every javascript, baja
and configuration settings and I think I am going insane...
