I could probably add this in, but to be honest at this point I'm reluctant to
bolt any new features on to ecweb 3.  The new web UI already has this feature
(direct link to area, board, thread, or message).

I'll be bringing the new web UI over to the Synchronet CVS very soon, and may
provide an installer to make it easier for people to make the switch.  I'd
highly recommend waiting for this rather than spending much (if any) time on
ecweb 3.
