I'm not a native speaker of either, but I studied German in high school.
Looking at text.de.ini - I believe the correct translation of Minutes would be "Minuten".  "protokoll" might be in a different context, I'm guessing.

Also, nouns are all capitalized in German - so, things like Jahre (years) Tage (days) Stunden (hours), etc. should all be capitalized.
